With a lot of anger in my heart I have to share some very sad news with you. The deal to sell our existing house fell through. :~(
It is actually neither the buyer's nor our fault. It is due to a rule in our Association by-laws that was passed stating we cannot rent or lease our units. Did you know that your Association thinks they can control what you do with your own home that you pay the mortgage on? Well, they might think they can, but I'm seeking legal counsel to tell them other wise.
This is a very long story and gets me all wired and angry all over again. It's been the reason I haven't been blogging because to be quite truthful it has threw me into a depression. I think I've been fighting the anger more than the depression.
But at any rate, here we set waiting for someone else to fall in love with our condo and make an offer.
Oh, let's talk about something that will lift our spirits....what do you say? A little yarn pr*n?
Humm....Let's start with this beautiful Yarntini in the fabulous Woolgirl variegated colorway. I purchased this from my fab girl Jen at Woolgirl.
Hey, but not only I love this color, my teddy bear, Fred just couldn't wait to get his hands on it.
And of course I couldn't just get one from Woolgirl. I had to get me some gorgeous Kitty's Eyes of Union Center Knits. You can see why when you see it's colors. I mean...the black and white are for Jake's fur coat, the green is for his eyes and let's see....the pink is for? My favorite color. I looove it!
Well, that's all for today. I hope you have a good Tuesday.
Take care.
Love the blue and pink plus roving. Beautiful.

How completely frustrating! It is so disheartening to think you are all set only to have this happen. I don't understand why, if it is only temporary, the assoc. would kick up a fuss. I will keep you in my prayers that a buyer will come along soon. This moving house stuff is brutal but when you are in your new house, it will be worth it. In the meantime, enjoy your pretty yarn! I hope that knitting brings you some peace.
